Would you Rather... with Emily Harper

Chips, chocolate or cheese?

Chocolate.  Any way I can get it.

Bridget Jones, Becky Bloomwood or Carrie Bradshaw?

I love Bridget.  But I love Mr.Darcy even more.

Wine, beer or vodka?

Vodka.  For so many reasons.

Camping or spa vacation?

Is this an actual question?  Does anyone ever pick camping?!?

Water or Mountains?

Water.  Mainly because if I am near water it means I am on vacation.

Zombies or Vampires?

Vampires.  I feel they are just a bit more civilized.  You know… in the undead category.

Dogs or Cats?

Dogs.  I have a very naughty dog named Indiana.  He’s not the brightest, but he tries so hard.

Coke or Pepsi?

Coke.  Mainly because my husband is adamant about this.  Ask him what he thinks about world peace and he shrugs, but try and bring a Pepsi home and it’s like you have committed the ultimate betrayal.

Coffee or tea?

Tea.  All day, every day.

Dine out or take away?

Dine out.  It’s nice to not have to clean up after.  And is the food ever still warm for anyone once they get home?

High heels, sneakers or flip flops

Flip flops.  Though, if there was an option for ballet flats I would have picked that.

Physical book or ebook?

Physical Book.  Nothing beats it.

Paperback or Hardcover?

Hardcover, just because it lasts longer after multiple reads.

Pen or Pencil?

Pencil.  It’s not often in life that you can erase your mistakes.

Mad Men, Downton Abbey or Breaking Bad

Downton Abbey.  And it’s not just because of the fab hairstyles and outfits.  It’s just 99% why.

Drama or Comedy?

Comedy for sure.  Laughing is one of life’s greatest gifts.

Twilight or Hunger Games?

This is the toughest question out of them all!  I’m going to have to go with Twilight, but they only won because of the sparkly vampires.

Lipstick, lipgloss or chapstick?

Lipgloss, especially if it is flavoured!

Facebook or Twitter

I am new to the whole Twitter thing, but I like that you can follow people and they can’t reject your request.  It’s nice just to have one thing in life that you won’t be rejected from 

Plot your entire novel or fly by the seat of your pants?

I’m a bit of a control freak, so I let you guess what I would pick for this answer.

White Lies

Imagine standing in line at Harvey Nichols waiting to buy the most gorgeous silk Gucci dress. The only minor problem? You can’t afford it, it’s a size smaller than you are, and you have absolutely no place to wear it.

Meet Natalie Flemming: a twenty-something woman working in London for a fabulous shoe-designing firm, but the only thing they let her touch is the company’s tax forms. She has decided to give fate a vacation and takes the task of finding the man of her dreams (or Johnny Depp if he would just return her calls…) into her own hands.

She craves adventure, spontaneity, passion- or will just settle for a decent date.

  1. Well, I for one would. I don't know if anyone else would prefer it or not. I love the outdoors with hiking and camping. Thank you for letting us get to know you a little better. Thank you for the opportunity to win.
    Blessings
